About the Role
Around the Sun Heating & Cooling is hiring energetic, dependable Part-Time In-Store Promoters to represent our company inside big-box retail stores in Scottsdale.
This is a highly incentivized position with hourly base pay plus commission. The more qualified appointments you generate, the greater your earning potential. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people and is motivated by performance-based rewards.
You’ll engage with shoppers, introduce our heating and cooling services, identify homeowners who may need HVAC assistance, and schedule qualified appointments for our team. This is a customer-engagement and lead-generation role—not an HVAC technician or installation position.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage shoppers in a friendly, professional manner
- Start conversations about customers’ heating, cooling, and indoor-air needs
- Explain our HVAC services and current promotions
- Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home appointments
- Accurately record customer information
- Represent Around the Sun Heating & Cooling with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations
- Motivated by goals, commissions, and performance incentives
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Available part-time, primarily during evenings and weekends
- Able to stand and walk throughout scheduled shifts
- Sales, retail, customer-service, or promotional experience is preferred
- HVAC experience is not required—we will train the right person
