As a landscape maintenance foreman, you will lead and work alongside a crew responsible for commercial and high end residential landscape maintenance. This is a full time, year around position.
Responsibilities will include:

Supervising a maintenance crew of 2-6 team members

Maintenance of both commercial and high end landscape properties

Planning, coordinating, and collecting equipment/materials each day to perform the tasks at hand

Enforcing all safety protocol and procedures

Maintaining on site communications with team members and clients in a professional polite manner
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

Supervisory experience

Have experience in landscape maintenance

Be able to operate/utilize a variety of landscape maintenance equipment/tools
-
Possess a valid NC Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Bilingual is a plus but not required

Be able to pass any required drug test or background check
