About the Role
As a Licensed Industrial Electrician, you will serve as a critical technical expert responsible for the reliability and performance of complex electrical infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in high and low voltage systems to ensure seamless operational uptime and drive continuous improvement in facility automation and control systems.
Responsibilities-
Execute the installation, calibration, and repair of diverse electrical systems, including motors, generators, and advanced control panels.

Interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics to ensure precise component integration and system functionality.

Optimize facility performance by performing proactive preventative maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on critical electrical assets.

Fabricate and install conduit and wiring systems, ensuring all work meets rigorous technical specifications and safety standards.

Maintain operational continuity by diagnosing and repairing HMI and PLC automation controls.

Collaborate with cross-functional maintenance teams to execute facility-wide electrical upgrades and infrastructure projects.

Utilize specialized power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic testing instruments to complete technical tasks efficiently.

Champion a culture of safety by strictly adhering to all PPE requirements and established industrial safety protocols.
Qualifications-
Valid Journeyman Electrician license.

Proven experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining PLC and HMI automation systems.

Strong ability to read and translate technical drawings into physical electrical installations.

Advanced knowledge of high-voltage distribution systems.

Experience with industrial motor control centers and variable frequency drives.

Background in electrical project planning and facility infrastructure improvements.
