MM Aesthetics is a boutique medspa specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments. We're seeking a motivated and polished Social Media content creator/ Medspa assistant to support our lead injector, manage content creation for social media, and help with occasional front desk and administrative tasks.
We are not currently looking to accept any applicants that are currently in school.
We are only accepting applications from those with previous Medspa experience.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and create social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Reels, etc.)
- Use social media analytics to help grow our TikTok and Instagram accounts
- Strategize a content schedule and keep up with current social media trends for our Medspa to participate in
- Assist injector with treatment setup, cleanup, and client flow
- Help with marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and events
- Support with appointment scheduling, check-ins/outs, and basic admin work
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms
Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused
- Able to use creativity to come up with post ideas for Instagram/Tik Tok
- Ability to manage social media platforms and use analytics to help grow business accounts
- Organized and able to multitask
- Passion for aesthetics and wellness
- Ability to speak Russian is a plus!
Schedule:
- 3 days/week, flexible schedule
