As a Service Technician, you will be the face of our company. You will manage the day-to-day operations of a designated residential and commercial route, providing effective pest solutions while maintaining excellent customer relationships. This is an active, outdoor role that requires working in the Louisiana heat and various field conditions.
Core Responsibilities
- Route Management: Efficiently operate and service a daily pest control route for residential and commercial clients.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with homeowners, business managers, and the public to address pest concerns.
- Inspections & Treatments: Assess properties, identify pest issues, and apply safe, effective treatment solutions.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain precise, detailed logs of services performed, chemical applications, and customer notes.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience running a route is highly desired.
- Licensing: Ability to study for and pass the state licensing exam within 90 days of hire (we help you prepare).
- Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving history.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable working outdoors in hot weather and tight or less-than-desirable physical conditions (crawl spaces, attics, etc.).
- Key Traits: Highly organized, mature, professional, and deeply attentive to detail.
