If you’re looking for a well-paying, consistent position with dedicated weeks off, no nights, no holidays, and plenty of time for family, this could be a great fit.
We are a hardworking, creative team of private chefs who take the guesswork out of dinner (and sometimes lunch!) for families across the Nashville area.
Pay: $17–$22/hour for part-time and $19-$25 for full-time, with increases based on experience
Professional culinary training is not required, but food service experience is necessary.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- A consistently positive attitude
Schedule
(Shift times may vary slightly depending on the week’s needs)
Full-Time: 36-42 hours/week
Part-Time: 18-26 hours/week (option to work any combination of the below hours)
- Thursday: 9am–6pm
- Friday: 8am–6pm
- Sunday: 12pm–6pm
- Monday: 6am–6pm
Optional work may occasionally be available on Saturdays.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)
- Unloading and organizing products
- General food prep (chopping, grating, etc.)
- Cooking pasta, rice, and potatoes
- Grilling, searing, roasting, and smoking meats
- Separating, counting, bagging, and tagging products
- Labeling, counting, and organizing packaging
All tasks can be taught. We have a unique business model and do not expect most applicants to come in with experience in every area.
Time Off & Schedule Benefits
We follow the Williamson County School Calendar, meaning we are off for all holidays, Spring Break, and Fall Break. This provides built-in downtime for travel, rest, and family time.
A Few Important Notes
- We are a Christian-based company with strong conservative values
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted on or near the property
- We are seeking candidates interested in a long-term position
- Because of our team-based structure, we’re unable to accommodate frequent discretionary time-off requests during active work weeks
- (Exceptions include weddings, funerals, family emergencies, or illness)
- Our scheduled off-weeks provide ample planned time away
