As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring every product is assembled, packaged, and shipped with the quality and precision our customers depend on.

- Follow established work instructions and production procedures with accuracy.

Assemble and package products according to quality standards.

Select the correct packaging materials and apply accurate labels.

Match parts and components to production requirements.

Inspect products for quality and identify defective items.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Assist with warehouse operations, including:
- Order fulfillment

Web orders
-
Domestic shipments
-
Freight shipments
-
Third-party logistics orders
- Meet daily production and departmental performance goals.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.

Zero to two years of warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.

Basic computer skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday.

Frequent use of hands for assembly and packaging tasks.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Ability to perform repetitive motions while maintaining quality standards.

Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures as required.
