MJB Holistic And Therapeutic Services LLC. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Therapist to join our growing practice. We are a family-owned and operated mental health organization committed to providing high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, families, and underserved communities.
Our practice specializes in medication management for substance use treatment while also serving a significant population of school-age children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, behavioral concerns, and mood-related disorders.

Position Summary
The therapist will provide outpatient mental health and/or substance use counseling services primarily through telehealth, with occasional in-person sessions required based on client needs. The clinician will work collaboratively within a supportive team environment and maintain appropriate clinical documentation and treatment planning.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or substance use counseling services
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Deliver telehealth services using HIPAA-compliant systems
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community providers as appropriate
- Participate in supervision and team meetings
- Conduct occasional in-office sessions when clinically necessary
Preferred Areas of Experience
- Substance use counseling
- Child and adolescent therapy
- Anxiety disorders
- Mood disorders, including bipolar disorder
- Trauma-informed care
- Family-focused interventions
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Licensed or license-eligible in Maryland and/or the District of Columbia preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Commitment to ethical and culturally responsive care
