Duties
- Provide attentive care to children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, school aged children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
- Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and discipline when necessary
- Collaborate with parents and team members to share updates on children's progress and needs
- Maintain a clean, organized environment adhering to health and safety standards, including first aid procedures when required
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, babysitting, or nannying is highly valued
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
- Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment
- Passion for caring for children and supporting their growth through engaging activities and compassionate caregiving
