We are currently seeking Warehouse Associates/Forklift Operators for our client, a distribution center in Southborough, MA. The primary responsibilities will be to perform shipping & receiving of customer products using Forklifts.
Job Details:
- Unload inbound shipments, check-in products, and store products to specific warehouse location using Forklifts.
- Locate, stage and load products using Forklifts onto outbound trucks
- Pick and process customer orders using RF guns
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies of products being handled.
- Perform or assist in equipment maintenance as required.
- Maintain the equipment, materials and work area in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of Forklift experience preferred
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
- Previous shipping & receiving experience preferred
The available schedules are :
Sunday-Wednesday from 5AM-3:30PM
Wednesday-Saturday from 5AM-3:30PM
This is a strong logistics role with excellent long-term growth and benefits once hired permanently.
Pay:
- $19/hr with 0-6+ months of forklift experience, increasing to $19.50 upon hire, $19.75 after 30 days, and $20 after 90 days.
- $20–21/hr with 2+ years of multi-forklift experience, increasing to $20–21.50 upon hire, $20–21.75 after 30 days, and $21–22 after 90 days.
