Client Services Coordinator
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Backtracking Sheet- including scrubbing and updating list; contacting clients and child advocates
- Maintaining client self-pay roster
- Primary contact for Child Advocates
- Lauris: Discharge clients who have completed all services
- Collect UAs as needed
- Packing and mailing UA as needed
- Run Medicaid Eligibility as needed
- Oversee therapist schedule changes are implemented for scheduling purposes
- Review of Scheduling and client attendance to ensure compliance with attendance policy and documentation completed for billing.
- Schedule clients for services as needed
- Set up client appointment on therapist’s zoom
- Sending and managing intake forms as needed through Weave
- Respond to voicemails and texts received
- Scan and upload clinical forms to Client’s Lauris
- Upkeep of common areas
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

EMPLOYMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Experience: Data entry and customer service.
Other Qualifications:
Highly organized, comfortable with communication technological platforms, able to work well in fast-paced environment. Able to work independently. Must pass urine analysis and DCF level 2 background check. Bilingual in Spanish or Creole preferred
Schedule: Monday- Friday: 7:45am-4:15pm
Compensation: $18-19/hr plus benefits
