What you will do:
- Actively promote properties to the community and schedule tours.
- Qualify potential residents.
- Assist applicants with completing the application.
- Create and implement strategies to increase marketing effectiveness.
- Achieve and maintain required occupancy rates
Skills that will make you successful:
- You love sales and are goal oriented.
- You enjoy interacting with potential residents.
- You have the ability to work on multiple assignments and effectively manage time and priorities.
- You work effectively as a team member, collaborate with others, and provide superior internal and external customer service.
Education/Experience required :
- Associates degree
- At least 2 years leasing experience in a multi-family apartment environment .
- Knowledge of the downtown Grand Rapids area.
