Description:
Establish, build and lead a VMS practice for existing IT staffing firm.
Identify candidates for fortune 500 firms meeting metrics established by VMS for submittals/hires.
Mentor, train, develop staff and internal process.
Manage and control candidate submittal process for clients and direct recruiting efforts of team.
Must haves:
VMS experience.
Proven ability to build, run and grow a VMS Team.
Be a leader motivated by results and high earning potential.
