Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the clinical team with treatments and patient care
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to ensure 100% readiness and cleanliness
- Support patient intake, registration, and accurate EMR documentation
- Provide high-end customer service via in-person, phone, email, and text communication
- Educate clients on treatments, products, and post-care protocols
- Monitor and respond to office voicemail, email inquiries, and text messages
- Check clients in/out and schedule follow-up visits using our booking software
- Manage skincare inventory and complete weekly reconciliations
- Assist with clinical social media content and behind-the-scenes insights
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Treatment Room Readiness: 100% prepared before each client visit
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain post-treatment ratings of 4.5+
- Inventory Accuracy: Less than 5% weekly discrepancy
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred
- Experience in medical aesthetics or a medical office setting is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Impeccable personal appearance and professionalism
- Physical ability to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if needed
- Must meet all U.S. employment and eligibility requirements
