Position Overview:
As a Landscaper at LevelForm, you will be a vital part of our team responsible for ensuring the health and beauty of our clients' landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, horticulture knowledge, and a dedication to preserving outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning.
- Plant and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces.
- Apply fertilizers as needed, following environmentally friendly practices.
- Monitor and address irrigation needs to ensure proper hydration of plants.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscape preferences and address specific requests.
- Identify and address plant diseases, pests, and other landscape issues.
- Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.
- Uphold safety standards and environmental best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Landscaper or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of horticulture, plant care and landscape maintenance techniques.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety practices related to landscaping.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
