Pay Rate: $21-$28 depending on certifications and experience
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Locations: Naples with travel to surrounding areas

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The Cleaner will be responsible for general cleaning and upkeep of large commercial buildings
and public facility areas. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegate tasks
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
- Prepare and submit performance reports
- Remove trash and debris; clean interior sliding glass doors and windows
- Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures, appliances, and cabinets
- Sweep, vacuum, mop all rooms, terraces, and closets
- Dust and wipe down hard surfaces, window sills, HVAC vents, and more
- Remove protective coverings and labels from fixtures and surfaces
- Perform other janitorial and maintenance tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
● Must be bilingual
● Must have reliable transportation to get to job site.
● Must have 1 year Supervisor experience
● Experience: Minimum 1 year of janitorial experience (Required)
● Must be 18 years or older
● Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check conducted after a conditional offer is made
● Must have a working mobile phone with the ability to download and use work-related
apps
● Must be able to use a phone app for completing location reports
● Must have good verbal and written communication skills
● Must be authorized to work in the United States
● Must be willing and able to work M-F, with some weekends and/or nights as the special projects require
Preferred:
● Valid Driver’s License
● Mileage reimbursement for getting from jobs to jobs each day.
