The Intake Specialist position is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, with work hours of either 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., depending on the firm's scheduling needs. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, the Intake Specialist listens to clients' concerns, gathers essential case information, explains the consultation process, schedules appointments, and ensures every client receives a welcoming and professional experience. By providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with attorneys and staff, the Intake Specialist helps connect individuals with the legal support they need while supporting the firm's commitment to excellent client service.
Pay: $24.29 - $27.45 per hour
