Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
- Hire, train, coach, and develop employees
- Build and maintain a positive team culture
- Manage labor, food costs, and operational performance
- Ensure outstanding guest service and food quality
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and company standards
- Schedule and develop managers and team members
- Hold yourself and your team accountable for results
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Proven ability to lead and develop people
