Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using VOIP phone solutions, CRM software and sales technology tools to generate new business opportunities
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns with enthusiasm to warm leads and nurture potential client relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support deal closing efforts
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within our CRM platforms, ensuring data integrity and follow-up readiness
- Support marketing initiatives by reaching out to target audiences through phone communication and outreach strategies
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills during phone conversations, conveying value propositions clearly and confidently
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound calling, inside sales, or telemarketing within a B2C environment is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, CRM software, Five9, Ring Central and sales technology adoption practices
- Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales processes, or business development is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; ability to articulate complex concepts simply and persuasively
- Demonstrated ability to close deals through consultative selling techniques and customer service excellence
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude toward learning and professional growth
