Job Summary:
Hotel ZaZa Museum District is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dual Licensed Therapist, with a primary focus on providing exceptional facial treatments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and beauty, complemented by skills in massage therapy. This role is pivotal in delivering a holistic wellness experience to our clients, enhancing their beauty and relaxation through expert facial care and supportive massage treatments.
Essential Functions:

Deliver exceptional facial treatments as the primary service offering, tailoring each session to the client's specific skin concerns and goals.

Provide massage therapy services, leveraging this skill to complement the facial treatments and offer a comprehensive wellness experience.

Conduct in-depth skin analyses and consultations to recommend suitable treatments and skincare routines.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in skincare and facial treatments, incorporating new techniques into services as appropriate.

Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and client care in all treatment areas.

Engage with clients to build rapport and encourage repeat visits, focusing on personalized skincare and wellness journeys.

Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless and exceptional service experience for every client.

Manage client appointments and records with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

License in Esthetics and Massage Therapy.

A strong track record of delivering high-quality facial and massage treatments.

Deep knowledge of skincare products, and facial treatment protocols.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to tailor recommendations to individual client needs.

Flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work holidays and weekends.
