Job Summary
The Branch Manager serves as the central operational, sales, and strategic hub of our local facility. This is a hands-on, high-impact "working manager" role that requires a self-motivated leader who thrives on wearing multiple hats—simultaneously acting as an active sales producer, inventory controller, and team coach.
At ESC Supply, we are a premier distributor of security, fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, networking, and low-voltage solutions. In this role, you don't just oversee operations, you are directly responsible for driving revenue, actively selling to accounts, and taking full ownership of the branch's bottom-line performance. You will maintain a high-energy showroom, grow dealer relationships, support regional contractors/integrators, and manage a small team. If you are a proactive sales leader who enjoys a mix of B2B business development, office management, and active, on-the-floor warehouse management, this is the ideal opportunity for you.
