Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and support to clients in a behavioral health setting.
- Monitor and document client behaviors, moods, progress, and significant events in accordance with agency policies.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication self-administration support, and independent living skills.
- Facilitate and encourage participation in treatment activities, group sessions, appointments, and community outings.
- Implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions as directed by the clinical team.
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment for all residents.
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary.
- Transport clients to appointments, recreational activities, and other approved destinations as required.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff, case managers, medical providers, and family members as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, agency policies, state regulations, and safety standards.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to pass background checks and obtain required state clearances.

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
