Kristal Studios is a well-established, high-end photography studio specializing in family and pet portraits. We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and talented photographer to join our fun and dynamic team at our beautiful studio in Boca Raton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with people and dogs, and who genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences. You’ll be photographing families and their pets in a studio environment where personality, warmth, and fun are just as important as technical skill.
About You:
- Passionate about photography and human connection
- Naturally warm and entertaining — especially with children and dogs
- Empathetic, patient, and able to make clients feel comfortable and happy
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Professional, reliable, and a quick learner
- Must love dogs of all sizes (being a “dog whisperer” is a big plus!)
- Comfortable being on the phone and interacting with clients
- Social media experience is a plus
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional photography experience (family/portrait preferred)
- Sony a7 III (or similar or better) with 24-70mm lens (or very similar high-quality equivalent)
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
- Available for 1-2 days per week (including at least one weekend day), 4–16+ hours/week
- Professional, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong “can-do” attitude and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Photograph family and dog portrait sessions
- Prepare the studio for sessions (setup, lighting, cleaning)
- Client communication and session confirmations
- Image transfer and basic post-shoot workflow
- Deliver a warm, fun, and professional client experience
- Other studio tasks as needed
