Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and create personalized experiences that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and receipts.
- Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management proactively.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and ensuring guest safety at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail mixing techniques, wine varieties, brewing processes, and craft beer styles.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during busy hours.
- Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to develop innovative beverage recipes that delight guests and elevate the menu offerings.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
