WHAT YOU'LL LEAD
This is a hands-on sales leadership role for someone who knows what it takes to close deals and wants to teach others how to do the same.
You'll:
- Coach Sales Reps: Train team members on the full sales process, from running appointments to overcoming objections and closing more customers.
- Develop Closers: Work one-on-one with reps to improve communication, confidence, product knowledge, and conversion rates.
- Lead from the Field: Stay connected to the sales process by demonstrating strong selling habits and setting the standard.
- Build Accountability: Review performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and create a culture where people consistently get better.
Your success comes from creating more successful salespeople. We provide the recruiting engine and team foundation, including an active recruiting system that brings in 5-15 trained rookies every month who are ready to knock doors and sell on full commission from day one. Your role is to develop those people into confident, consistent producers.

Annual Opportunity: $120,000 is a realistic starting point for experienced sales leaders. As you build a high-performing sales organization, $200,000+ is achievable.
