At Sunday Hotsprings, we're redefining wellness through luxury contrast therapy. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial & Facility Care Associate to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and ensure every guest experiences a spotless, relaxing environment.
Schedule & Availability
- Monday: Full-day availability is required.
- Tuesday–Sunday: Must be available to work 2–3 additional days per week.
- Shifts will vary throughout the week and may include:
- Morning: 6:00/7:00 AM – 11:00 AM/12:00 PM
- Evening: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Flexibility to work a combination of morning and evening shifts is required.
Responsibilities
- Deep clean all guest and staff areas throughout the facility.
- Sanitize bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, and common spaces.
- Clean and maintain saunas, steam room, cold plunges, soaking pools, and surrounding areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect all surfaces.
- Restock towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other facility essentials.
- Empty trash and recycling throughout the facility.
- Perform routine facility inspections to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist with laundry as needed.
- Report maintenance concerns or safety issues promptly.
- Help maintain the premium appearance and cleanliness expected at a luxury wellness club.
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable performing physically active work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, and moving throughout shifts.
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Must be dependable and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
