Abt Electronics specializes in electronics, appliance & furniture sales, delivery, installation and servicing all the products we sell. In addition, must be comfortable contributing/working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fun work environment. Primary duties include:

Assisting customers over the phone with their appliance service needs

Basic troubleshooting with appliance issues

Creating service tickets to document customers’ needs

Dispatching service techs to customers’ homes
Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of customer service experience
-
Basic operational knowledge of appliances
-
Strong computer skills
-
Ability to take initiative & make decisions
-
Approachable & outgoing personality
-
Scheduling includes night & weekend hours

Bi-lingual a plus
