TITLE: Program Coordinator
CLASSIFICATION: Full time, salaried; exempt; starting at $55,000/yr.
SUPERVISES: direct supervision of Home Coordinators team; 2nd supervisor of Direct Support Professionals on team; provide oversight of services provided to individuals served by OVRS on case load.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Preferred minimum of BA/BS in a Human Services related field (or an Associate Degree plus 2 years of related management experience in a human service field)
· Valid driver license and ability to pass OVRS fleet insurability requirements including 3 years driving experience
· Vehicle that can be used on the job
· Ability to pass employment standards as defined by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities
· Must obtain and maintain certification in Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR and other training as per the needs of the individuals supported
· Computer skills with full ability to use all Microsoft Office programs
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY
· Ensures that program services delivered are per the mission of OVRS and Person Centered Planning in accordance with the individuals served.

· Assures that sites under supervision are compliant with State of Ohio Department of DD regulations.
· Maintains positive and professional relationships as representative of OVRS with external stakeholders, families, friends, neighbors and anyone else that the people we support are connected to.
· Assesses each individual on case load to determine strengths, needs and interests.
· Develops goals and objectives for each individual in conjunction with the team to assist each individual to build skills and to support their interests and needs.
· Assess staff strengths and areas of growth and provide ongoing training, discipline and support.
· Covers essential responsibilities of Home Coordinator positions supervised when that position is vacant or employee is temporarily off.
· Assist and support Home Coordinator with managing staffing of homes to deliver the program services of each individual’s plan within the approved staffing hours.
· Responds to after hour calls regarding individuals and staff.
· Attends ongoing professional training and recommends staff development training based on the needs of individuals. Also may provide professional development training.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
