Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Elementary Teacher to inspire and educate students from Kindergarten through 6th grade. Duties

- Utilize diverse teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities, including special education needs and early intervention techniques.
- Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments, analyzing performance data to tailor instruction effectively.
- Incorporate educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences and facilitate interactive lessons.
- Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement strategies, fostering a respectful and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support student development, including mentoring new teachers or working with children with autism or other special needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance data, and behavioral reports in compliance with educational regulations.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to curriculum development, classroom management, and innovative teaching methodologies such as Montessori or library services integration.
Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with children from early childhood through elementary levels is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in lesson planning, curriculum development, and instructional delivery across core subjects like literacy and math.
- Proven ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and special education requirements.
- Experience using learning technology platforms for instruction and student progress monitoring is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, staff, and community partners.
- Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and data analysis to support student achievement goals.
- Background in private school environments or Montessori education is a plus but not mandatory.
