Ollin Home Solutions is expanding in Knoxville, and we're hiring competitive, high-energy Field Sales Reps to connect homeowners with our window and door specialists. Here's what makes this different from every other door-to-door gig: you set the appointment, our team runs the demo and closes the deal, and you still earn 6% of every contract that closes. You get paid on the close without ever having to close.
You're not pitching an unknown startup. You're representing a company backed by a B100 General Contractor License, 32 years of hands-on installation experience, BBB accreditation, and 500+ completed installations across Tennessee, Utah, and Missouri. That track record makes every doorstep conversation easier.
How You Get Paid
Four income streams, no cap on any of them:
- Steady activity pay that averages around $160 for a full day in the field, so you're earning from day one while your commissions build
- Demo bonuses of $150–$225 every time an appointment you set turns into a completed demo
- Closing commission of 6% on every deal that closes from your appointments. Average contract runs about $18,000, so that's roughly $1,080 per close, and you didn't have to run the pitch
- Performance spiffs that can add $1,000+ in a strong month
What that looks like in real numbers:
- First month (ramping up): $3,000–$6,000
- Typical performers: around $6,500/month
- Top performers: $8,000–$10,000+/month
What You'll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods across Knoxville and Knox County
- Talk with homeowners about window and door replacement
- Spark interest, qualify the homeowner, and book the appointment
- Hand off a warm, qualified lead to our sales specialists
- Track your own numbers and hit your targets
- Grow through ongoing team training
