Job description:
As a Trailer Maintenance Technician / Fabricator, you will perform trailer repairs, preventative maintenance, fabrication, and custom modifications on a variety of commercial trailers.

Trailer Maintenance Technician / Fabricator Responsibilities:
- Repair, rebuild, and perform routine maintenance on commercial and utility trailers
- Inspect and repair trailer brakes, suspension, axles, lights, wiring, floors, doors, and structural components
- Perform welding and metal fabrication on steel and aluminum trailers
- Read and work from measurements, blueprints, and fabrication drawings
- Operate shop equipment including welders, torches, grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools
- Follow all safety regulations and policies. Works safely.
- Meets all federal, Minnesota state, and local regulations.
- Performs work efficiently and accurately in accordance with company standards
- Maintains a clean and professional work environment including tools and equipment
Trailer Maintenance Technician / Fabricator Requirements:
- Must have valid driver's license, CDL helpful, but not required
- Welding or fabrication
- Able to stand and be physically active the majority of the work day
- Lifting up to 70 pounds
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and awareness
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to read and comprehend instructions in English
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English with co-workers
- Willing to get certified for Annual Isprections
Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
