Guest Services Associate – Flagstaff KOA Holiday
Position Overview
At Flagstaff KOA Holiday, our Guest Services team is the first impression of our campground and plays a key role in delivering a 5-star guest experience. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk and camp store.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests and visitors with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Provide accurate information about campground amenities, activities, and local attractions
- Manage phone systems, respond to inquiries, and make reservations
- Complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using reservation software
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain organized records, files, and guest information
- Keep the front desk and store clean, stocked, and visually appealing
- Restock merchandise and assist with store displays and sales
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and balancing drawers
- Support daily office operations such as data entry, filing, and communication
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (reservation systems and POS experience a plus)
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work weekends and holidays

Pay: $18.35 - $19.00 per hour
