Are you a TIG Welder or Orbital Welder looking for something beyond ordinary fabrication work?
Join a growing advanced manufacturing team building precision stainless steel cooling systems used in some of the world's largest data centers. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge orbital welding technology in a clean, modern manufacturing environment where quality and craftsmanship matter.
What You'll Do
✅ TIG weld thin-wall stainless steel tubing (up to 6” diameter)
✅ Set up and operate orbital welding equipment
✅ Perform precision fit-up and tack welding
✅ Work with high-quality stainless-steel assemblies
✅ Build critical infrastructure products where weld integrity is essential
NOTE: We will train you to use our equipment, we need someone who is dedicated to our business and high attention to quality.
We're Looking For
✔ TIG Welding Experience (basic knowledge is sufficient – with a desire to learn more)
✔ Orbital Welding Experience (preferred but not required, we will train)
✔ Stainless Steel Welding Experience (ideal)
✔ Aluminum Welders HIGHLY Encouraged to Apply
✔ Strong Attention to Detail and Pride in Workmanship
✔ Ability to Read Prints and Follow Specifications

Compensation: $22 - $28 per hour based on experience and weld test
Pay: $21.78 - $27.95 per hour
Experience:
- TIG welding: 1 year (Preferred)
- Blueprint reading: 2 years (Preferred)
- Metal fabrication: 2 years (Preferred)
- Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- West Chester, OH 45069 (Preferred)
