We are currently seeking an electrician to install, repair and maintain electrical systems in an industrial environment. Must have the ability to work with multiple voltages. (Single and Three Phase) Knowledge of threading, bending and/or installing conduit up to 3 inches. Pulling wire of different sizes as well. We also work with a lot of heat trace. Being able to install and repair is a bonus. Will be required to work from various heights and platforms. We operate scissor, boom and fork lifts.
Strong troubleshooting skills are required. Also familiarity with NEC and OSHA standards. There is a strong emphasis placed on safety! Ability to work indoors and outdoors and also in different weather conditions is essential. We encourage excellent attendance along with a positive attitude. Must possess the ability to work well alone or with others. Have the willingness to follow instructions and participate in training. We prefer at least 3 years of hands on electrical experience if you possess a journeyman type of skillset. One or more if you are on an apprentice level. Passing a drug screen and background check will be required. Candidate will supply all hand tools.
Schedule is Mon - Fri 7:00 - 3:30. No weekends required unless there is an emergency. You are guaranteed 40 hrs each week with occasional overtime.
