Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Server Team Member / Cashier, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with menu selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
- Take accurate customer orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently
- Prepare and serve food items according to safety standards, including handling food with care and maintaining sanitation protocols
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation tasks when needed
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and cleaning procedures
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately at the register, processing cash register operations and cash handling with integrity
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments, demonstrating efficiency under pressure
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for seamless order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude and the ability to handle diverse guest needs
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and transaction processing
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while supporting food preparation activities
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Previous experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is a plus
