Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team. You’ll play a vital role in patient care, education, and coordination, working closely with providers to ensure every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, injections, medication administration, and BHRT support
- Assist with chronic disease management and preventive care initiatives
- Triage patient calls and assist with care coordination
- Document accurately in the EMR and maintain regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Texas RN or LVN license (required)
- CPR certification (required)
- Prior experience in family practice, internal medicine, or outpatient care preferred
- Familiarity with BHRT protocols and patient education (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Passion for patient education and holistic care
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infection control practices.
