We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in residential settings. Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to maintain a spotless environment.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met across all areas.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and using appropriate cleaning equipment for different surfaces.
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio cleaning, outdoor furniture maintenance, and light gardening tasks when required.
- Use cleaning detergents and equipment effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and heavy lifting.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs, provide updates on service completion, and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities.
- Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required.
