Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to an individual and help her access the community and do activities that she enjoys. This role is
vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, who are adults with disabilities. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in promoting independence and ensuring safety while delivering personalized care.
Duties can include any of the following:
- Picking up the client from their home, and taking them to a planned activity
- Planning enjoyable, budget friendly activities in the community that you can Ienjoy with your client.
- Helping your client be prepared to enter the community like having proper weather appropriate attire, packing a lunch, etc.
- Close supervision to ensure the client is safe and accounted for at all times.
- Administering any medication needed during outing.
- Experience
- Ideal candidates will have experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Experience in a caregiving setting, particularly involving people with disabilities.
- Any job that required careful tracking and reporting is beneficial.
- Background in Emergency Medicine or Outpatient care is beneficial.
- Previous work in caregiving in an in-home or institution will be considered an asset.

This job would be 9-3, Monday-Friday. Must have a reliable car and be able to pass a full background screening.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
