About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Store Manager to lead a team of commission-based Sales Consultants. You’ll be responsible for store performance, coaching your team to hit goals, and contributing to the store’s success through your own personal sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Consistently achieve personal sales goals as a selling manager
- Drive high customer satisfaction through service, follow-up, and problem-solving
- Monitor store KPIs and take action to improve performance in sales, financing, protection plans, and customer service
- Train new team members on selling skills, systems, and company policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized showroom
- Partner with company leadership on promotions, staffing, and local marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, including cash handling and closing routines
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of retail management experience (furniture or commission-based sales preferred)
- Proven ability to lead a team to exceed sales goals
- Strong selling skills—you enjoy being on the floor and closing deals
- High energy, positive attitude, and a focus on results
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail seasons
