BOH POSITIONS:
DISHWASHER - Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading washing machines and stacking washed items appropriately. If you want to kickstart your career in the restaurant industry and be part of the behind-the-scenes operations, we’d like to meet you.
LINE /PREP COOK - Be a bellagreen culinary ambassador. Prepare food, following specific bellagreen recipes and procedures. Work clean and organized throughout your shift, while following all food safety and sanitation standards. Communicate effectively with your team throughout the shift to ensure a smooth experience for our team and guests
FOH POSITIONS:
FAST CASUAL SERVER - You can stand for 8 hours and can lift at least 25lbs. You agree that happy team members = happy guests and you want to be a part of a team that makes life and our earth more beautiful. Experience is not as important to us as is a positive personality and high work ethic that is committed to hospitality and team member development.
EXPO- Voice between front and back of house. Food accuracy control. Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining room with a sense of urgency and care for the guests.
SHIFT LEADER- They lead a shift by deploying, managing and coaching team members, executing outstanding product quality, delivering great hospitality and controlling cost for each shift. Follow standard bellagreen operating policies and procedures.
