Travel LPN/LVN
Specialty/Dept.SAM-SKH Nursing Float
Location: Watertown,New York
Duration: 13 Weeks higher possibility of extension
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Requirements:
- LONG TERM CARE
- WILL BE WORKING ON THE SUB ACUTE REHAB FLOOR
- 100 MILE RADIUS RULE
- 8 hour day shifts
- 1-3 years experience required
- Will take someone with SNF experience, not just LTC
- NY license required
- BLS (AHA) required
- eMAR: PointClickCareCommon patient diagnosis: Dementia, Chronic Diseases, Diabetes
- No local candidates within 100 Miles
- Travel candidate only
Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
