InTech Integrated Marketing Services is seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined Packaging Equipment Technician to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating automated packaging equipment, performing machine setups and product changeovers, supporting production operations, and assisting with routine equipment maintenance.
This is a full-time, first-shift position with opportunities to learn multiple production systems and develop technical skills.
Responsibilities
· Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment, including the Krones Canmatic labeling system.
· Train to operate additional production equipment, including the SMI packaging system.
· Perform machine setups, adjustments, and product changeovers.
· Monitor product quality throughout production runs.
· Complete production records accurately.
· Stage materials and support efficient production flow.
· Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
· Assist with troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
· Follow all company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
· Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
· Manufacturing, production, or packaging experience preferred.
· Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
· Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
