We are opening our newest Qdoba, located in the Oak Grove area, and are hiring friendly, dependable and energetic Restaurant Team Members who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are expected to open mid-May.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
- Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and quickly
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and up-selling menu items to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling duties including bussing tables, restocking supplies, and managing food storage
- Support cash handling procedures by accurately managing cash register transactions and balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Uphold all health and safety protocols related to food industry standards and sanitation practices
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, quick service & fast food restaurant environments, or retail settings such as grocery stores or cafes
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient sales processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between food prep, cashiering, and cleaning duties
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
