Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) Admin serves as a central point of contact for Formula 707’s retail, dealer, and professional customers. Based at our headquarters, this team member supports inbound inquiries, order processing, and customer satisfaction efforts, while also assisting the outside sales team with account coordination and product knowledge. This role requires a proactive communicator with a passion for the equine industry and a strong attention to detail.
Essential Functions:
-Ensure all internal and external customer requirements and requests are understood, prioritized, and fulfilled promptly and accurately.
-Adhere to company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Answer inbound calls, emails, and online messages from customers with professionalism and product expertise.
-Process orders for DTC, dealer, distributor and Myristol customers.
-Provide tracking information and resolve issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged shipments.
-Coordinate daily with outside sales reps to enter orders, support accounts and field requests.
-Manage back-order updates and customer notifications in real time.
-Educate customers on product features, feeding guidelines, and formulas across the Formula 707 and Formula 707 Professional product lines.
- Prepare and send marketing materials, samples, and order forms as needed. Support customer returns and exchanges according to company policy.
-Assist walk-in customers and maintain a clean and professional front-office environment.
-Maintain detailed records for follow-up and account history.
-Job responsibilities may evolve with business needs. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Education and Experience:
-High School diploma or GED required.
-2+ years in customer service or order management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with horses, equine nutrition, or agricultural products highly valued.
-Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Work Authorization:
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
Physical Demands and Other Duties:
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Light lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required for packaging, shipping materials, or samples.
-In-office attendance required during standard business hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
