Are you a licensed cosmetologist ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Salon Manager who enjoys working behind the chair, leading a team, and creating an exceptional guest experience.
- Lead daily salon operations and team performance.
- Coach, motivate, and develop stylists.
- Create schedules and support staffing needs.
- Help achieve service, retail, and productivity goals.
- Recruit and onboard new team members.
- Maintain salon standards, cleanliness, and company policies.
- Support local marketing and community outreach.
- Continue providing salon services and building your clientele.
- Valid Connecticut cosmetology license required
- Previous leadership or salon management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for coaching, teamwork, and guest service
- Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with working behind the chair
