Position: Delivery Driver Associate – Non-exempt
Position Reports to: Delivery Manager
Job Purpose Summary: Ensure proper delivery of product – Exemplary customer service
Salary: $23.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Deliver customers’ orders on time, without damage to the product or the customer’s property

Strong attention to detail and organization
-
Conduct all transactions professionally as a representative of Agren Appliance – exhibit excellent communication skills with customers.

Resolve customer issues, escalating to the delivery manager as needed

Adhere to all safety rules and regulations, as well as the dedicated use of safety equipment

Observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices
-
Maintainthe company vehicle and equipment
-
Keen attention to punctuality to ensure timely deliveries

Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and organized

Participate in other projects around the company, as needed
-
Must work as a team with other delivery personnel and employees throughout the company
Physical Requirements:

Frequently moves appliances weighing floor-to-waist> 200 lbs.

Frequently lifts objects from waist to overhead >50 lbs.

Frequently push/pulls 50-200 lbs.

Frequent gripping of up to 75 lbs.

Frequent forward bending, deep-knee bending, kneeling, twisting

Operate a company vehicle
