What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you'll help keep our operation running safely and efficiently by:
- Supporting machine crews and production teams throughout the facility
- Retrieving and returning cutting dies according to production schedules
- Assisting operators with feeding stock and material handling
- Helping stack finished products and prepare orders for shipment
- Operating forklifts and transfer carts (training provided)
- Maintaining clean and organized work areas
- Following all safety procedures, 6S standards, and lean manufacturing practices
- Supporting product quality and food safety requirements
- Working as part of a team dedicated to continuous improvement
- Assisting in other production areas as needed
What You Bring

- Willingness to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
