Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Company CDL Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. Your expertise in commercial driving, load handling, and vehicle maintenance will contribute directly to our commitment to exceptional service. In this vital role, you will operate a semi truck attached to a dry van 53 trailer and ensure the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of freight across designated routes. Daily routes may include local deliveries in the Greensboro area or to surrounding cities/states. We currently run lanes anywhere from 60 miles out up to 300 miles out. You will be able to be home daily and/or majority days out of the week depending on the loads for that week.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Drive route-specific deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Manage freight securely during transit, ensuring proper load distribution and securing cargo to prevent shifting or damage.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules, route adjustments, or vehicle issues.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Experience with route driving, freight delivery, and customer service interactions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and vehicle maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail for vehicle inspections and documentation compliance.

Pay: $150.00 - $225.00 per day
