Temporary Experienced Construction Laborer
We are a growing specialty contractor seeking an Experienced Construction Laborer for a temporary, project-based role. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute immediately on active job sites and work with a skilled team in a fast-paced environment. This project runs through September 2026.
Position Type: Temporary / Project-Based
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily construction tasks on commercial and industrial job sites
- Support crews with concrete restoration, masonry, caulking, coatings, and general labor duties
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively to meet project timelines and quality expectations
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of construction labor experience required
- Experience in specialty trades (concrete, masonry, coatings, etc.) preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites
- Strong attendance, work ethic, and attention to detail
- Safety-focused mindset
