Do you have the energy to keep The Hive buzzing? HGCS is hiring 5 Activity Leaders for our new extended day program, The Hive. Facilitate the Buzz: Plan and lead high-interest activities like sports tournaments, science experiments, art projects, and team-building games.
Homework Coaching: Provide academic support and encouragement during designated study periods.
Safety & Supervision: Keep a watchful eye on all students, ensuring The Hive remains a safe, inclusive environment for every age group.
Positive Redirection: Use restorative practices to coach students through social challenges and conflict resolution.
Be a Role Model: Bring your authentic, high-energy self to work every day to inspire our students.
Qualifications:

Personality: Truly "amazing"—we need people who can make a Tuesday afternoon feel like an adventure.
Skillset: Flexibility to jump from a soccer game to a craft project to a math problem without missing a beat.
